An important part of our LESCO 360 Integrated Facility Management program for many of our clients is invoice management. While not all of our clients choose to use this service, those who do, love it.

LESCO 360 works hard to be as much of a part of your operation as you are. With our rapid response work orders, closed-loop process, and robust data analysis you can rest assured that all aspects of your IFM are handled with world-class service.
For those clients who add on our invoice management, we do all the normal LESCO 360 functions as expected. Once the work is completed, the vendor will send an invoice. It’s someone’s job to pay that invoice.
That’s where we come in. With invoice management, we can take care of these vendor work order invoices for you. You’ll never have to worry about whether a bill is paid, overdue, or lost in the mail again!
At the end of every month, we collectively review everything we’ve paid for the client. We’ll then compile an itemized invoice, linking the appropriate work order for easy cross-referencing. Once this is complete, we’ll then send the invoice to the property owner, manager, or company for review.
The benefits of invoice management
Accounts payable can take up a lot of time, and depending on the organization, require a full-time staff member to manage it. With invoice management, a lot of the accounts payable headaches are minimized through LESCO 360.
And as always, our clients have 24/7/365 access to log in to their dashboard to review all transactions. They can be sorted by vendor, location, or even time period. In the portal, they can see the invoices, review when the work was completed and when the invoice was paid by LESCO 360.
We’re fully transparent with our invoice management. Everything we do for you is always available for review.
Our invoice management process
First, once the bill is available, the vendor will send it over to LESCO 360. We’ll then pay the vendor and invoice the establishment within our system. At the end of the month, we’ll send a collective invoice to the client.
Then, all they have to do is pay a single invoice — from us. One check for an entire month’s worth of work: now that’s convenience and efficiency!
With LESCO 360, there’s less paperwork for you to worry about. You’ll always be on good terms with your vendors!
